About GradPad

Why it exists

Early-careers deadlines are spread across dozens of employer websites, each with its own careers portal. GradPad puts them in one place so you can see what's open, what's new and what closes soon, without checking every site yourself.

Where the data comes from

Every listing comes from the employer's own careers site. They are checked automatically every six hours, and each change is reviewed by a person before it's published. Right now 145 programmes from 33 employers are open.

Programmes are grouped by the role, not the employer, so a software role at a bank appears under Tech.

The crawler identifies itself as GradPadBot. It follows each site's robots.txt, waits at least three seconds between requests, and only reads public careers pages. Website owners with questions can email oconnesp@tcd.ie.

Dates and requirements can change. Always check the employer's own page before you apply.
